Technical Lead – Con AI (voice/chatbot)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications.
• Architect and develop Conversational AI and Voice Bot solutions integrating ASR, LLMs, TTS, and voice technologies.
• Actively participate in coding, debugging, testing, and production deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 developers.
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
• Design and implement AI-powered conversational and voice-based solutions.
• Integrate technologies such as LLMs, ASR, TTS, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to R&D and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of scalability, reliability, performance, and code quality.
