Position: Technical Lead / Architect – Generative AI
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6+ Years

Role Overview: We are looking for a Generative AI Technical Lead/Architect to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in GenAI technologies along with leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP applications)
• Lead end-to-end AI solution development and technical strategy.
• Mentor team members and ensure best engineering practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Optimise model performance, scalability, and deployment. Pipelines

Required Skills:

• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector databases
• Strong Python and AI/ML ecosystem expertise
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred
• Solution architecture & technical leadership experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
