Position: Restaurant / Takeaway Team Member
Location: Multiple Cities in Mumbai
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers can also apply; prior F&B/Customer Service experience is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining or takeaway experience.
Take guest orders accurately and with courtesy.
Guide customers in choosing the best menu items through upselling and suggestive selling.
Ensure complete preparation of the restaurant/takeaway area before opening.
Handle guest bills properly and ensure smooth payment processing.
Support the Shift Supervisor in daily store operations and requisitions.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards at all times.
Follow all company rules, policies, and safety protocols.
Strive to improve skills and knowledge continuously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic food handling and cleaning knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
6 months of F&B or customer service industry experience preferred (freshers welcome).
