Job Description
Profile: Team Lead – BIM (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 6+ years
Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination activities across multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
- Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), client standards, and company protocols.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, workflows, and model management procedures.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and prepare clash reports and coordination documentation.
- Review models for quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA).
- Support project teams in implementing LOD (Level of Development) requirements at various project stages.
- Manage model exchanges, data sharing processes, and CDE (Common Data Environment) workflows.
- Assist in preparing BIM deliverables, including 3D views, shop drawings, schedules, BOQs, and reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM Modelers and junior team members.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM-related submissions and approvals.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure BIM deliverables align with construction schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination within the construction/architecture industry.
- Proven experience in handling multidisciplinary BIM coordination projects.
- Strong understanding of LOD, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650 standards, and CDE workflows.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Certification in BIM software (preferred but not mandatory).

- Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
- Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection & Coordination)
- AutoCAD
- Recap (Scan to BIM workflows)
- BIM 360 / ACC (Common Data Environment management)
- Dynamo (preferred)
- Model federation & clash management
- Construction documentation extraction from BIM
- 4D/5D BIM knowledge (preferred)
