Job Description
Position: Supply Chain & Procurement Lead-EV Charging
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Bengaluru
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage material planning, procurement, and timely material availability.
- Identify and develop suppliers; handle RFQs, negotiations, and cost reduction.
- Manage supplier performance, quality issues, SCAR/8D, and corrective actions.
- Handle domestic & import logistics, freight, and customs coordination.
- Identify supply risks and develop alternate sourcing strategies.
- Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Inventory teams.
- Manage procurement activities through ERP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- 7–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain.
- Strong supplier management and negotiation experience.
- Experience with domestic & international sourcing.
- ERP experience is required.
- EV/Automotive/Electronics/Hardware manufacturing experience preferred.
