Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced technical project manager with a strong technical and development background to lead end-to-end technology projects. The candidate should be capable of managing teams, timelines, and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects from initiation to delivery
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and technical best practices
- Oversee system development, integrations, and deployment activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Must have past hands-on development experience in any technology
- (such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Python, etc.)
Strong understanding of:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- System architecture and application design
- APIs and system integrations
- Databases and cloud environments
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to understand technical challenges and guide engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP / Scrum Master / Prince2 certification
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
