Senior Accountant – (IT & Staffing)

We are looking for an experienced senior accountant with strong knowledge of Zoho Books to manage our complete accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial data to support strategic decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books.

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.

• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and process improvements.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on Zoho Books expertise.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management abilities.

Preferred: Experience with Zoho ecosystem (Payroll, Analytics) and audit coordination
