Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer with over 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement technical solutions using Salesforce platform features, including Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and Process Builder.

● Customize standard objects and create custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.

● Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, or middleware platforms.

● Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

● Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

● Maintain clear documentation and provide support for deployments and testing.

● Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer.

● Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, test classes) and SOQL/SOSL.

● Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components.

● Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

● Understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).

● Experience with version control tools like Git and deployment tools like Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX.

● Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
