About the Role:

We are seeking a Procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing operations, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management. The role involves ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials, maintaining supplier relationships, and coordinating with internal teams for inventory and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the accounts section for payment of vendors.
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
  • Negotiation with vendors
  • Preparation of purchase order- to place order, follow up for delivery, collection of DM, collection of bills, cross-check of DM & Bills, submit bills to account department, collection of prepared cheques, submit to Admin department -vendor payment
  • Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Female Candidates Preferred.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
