Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will lead product development, implementation, and market expansion initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive innovative infrastructure solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Create technical specifications for new products.

• Conduct site trials and prepare detailed analysis reports.

• Collaborate with Testing Laboratories, Technical Institutions, Consultants, Contractors, and R&D teams.

• Conduct technical seminars for project site teams, customers, and government bodies.

• Obtain approvals from relevant authorities with proper documentation.

• Monitor product performance, prepare feedback reports, and suggest improvements.

• Develop prototype solutions and test at multiple sites.

Product Implementation & Market Development

• Identify market opportunities and map relevant stakeholders.

• Design and implement market development and sales strategies.

• Incorporate specifications at the design proposal stage.

• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed reports.

• Analyze competitor advantages and provide inputs to Sales Teams.

• Support sales teams in lead generation, conversion, and on-site assistance.

Desired Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer (Civil/Infrastructure) or Post-Graduation from NICMAR / RICS.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in road safety, construction chemicals, or civil infrastructure products.

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with government bodies.

• Prior experience in leading sales/technical teams.

• Strong technical aptitude with problem-solving mindset.

Key Skills

• Technical Skills: Road safety products, construction chemicals, infrastructure solutions, R&D coordination, product lifecycle management.

• Business & Sales Skills: Market analysis, competitor benchmarking, lead generation, client relationship management.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication (English, Hindi, additional languages preferred), leadership, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

• Tools & Systems: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems, data analysis.

• Other: Willingness to travel extensively across India.
