Location: Nagpur (Pan-India Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development

  • Prepare technical specifications for new products.

  • Conduct site trials and create detailed analysis and performance reports.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as testing laboratories, technical institutions, consultants, contractors, and the internal R&D team.

  • Conduct technical seminars for project teams, customers, and government authorities.

  • Handle product approval processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • Review product performance regularly and prepare feedback and improvement reports.

  • Prototype and evaluate new solutions at various sites.

Product Implementation & Market Development

  • Identify market opportunities and relevant decision-makers.

  • Develop and implement market development strategies and sales plans.

  • Work with Sales teams to include product specifications at the design proposal stage.

  • Analyze competitor practices, advantages, and technologies.

  • Conduct site visits and prepare detailed visit reports.

  • Generate and support conversion of sales leads and opportunities.

  • Assist Sales teams during site activities and customer interactions.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related industries such as road safety, construction chemicals, or civil infrastructure products.

  • Prior experience working with or coordinating with government bodies is preferred.

  • Experience in leading sales teams is an added advantage.

  • Graduate Engineer (Civil preferred) or Post-Graduation from NICMAR / RICS with strong technical aptitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and any additional regional language.

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
