Job Title: Pre Sales Executive/Tele Caller
Location: D 18/3 MIDC, Hingna, Nagpur 
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Pre-sales (preferably Agri companies / related sectors)
Education: Open to all educational backgrounds

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base

• Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for long-term loyalty

• Sales: Drive sales by promoting Biowall Agrihealth’s products and services effectively

• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi

• Proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer engagement

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory

• Knowledge of the agriculture sector is an advantage
