Power Apps Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Power Apps Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in building and managing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, user-friendly applications that enhance business productivity and align with enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
 Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.
 Develop workflows and process automation using Power Automate (Flow).
 Implement role-based security and data access controls in Power Platform.
 Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
 Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions to improve performance and usability.
 Document technical specifications and deployment procedures.
 Stay updated with new features and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Skills:
 5+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
 Strong command of Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.
 Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
 Experience in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party tools.
 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
