Role Summary
The Editor Manager will oversee the entire post-production function, managing timelines, resourcing, and quality across all editors, while building out training and development pathways for the team.
Key Responsibilities

Own post-production timelines and delivery schedules across all content properties.

Allocate work across Junior and Senior Editors based on priority and bandwidth.

Set and maintain quality benchmarks across the team.

Design and run training/upskilling programs for editors, including technical and storytelling development.

Act as the primary point of coordination between the editing team and content/strategy stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience managing a post-production team or editing pipeline.

Strong grasp of editing tools and workflows, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, to guide quality reviews.

Experience building training and development programs for creative teams.

Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
