Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening our placement network with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and related industries. She will play a critical role in ensuring students are well-prepared, supported, and successfully placed in suitable job roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other potential employers.
Share timely updates on placement opportunities and feedback with students.
Manage student expectations by conducting regular interactions and batch visits.
Maintain updated and organized student placement records/dockets.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to support placement activities.
Call and follow up with unplaced students to generate nominations for upcoming drives.
Organize and ensure the smooth execution of placement drives and related events.
Visit new and existing client organizations to develop placement partnerships.
Coordinate student recognition and felicitations for those successfully placed.
Meet or exceed 100% placement targets set by the department.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Work Experience:
5 to 8 years of total work experience.
Minimum 3 to 4 years in a similar role within a reputed training institute

Pleasing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and target-oriented mindset
Good coordination and relationship management skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Spreadsheets)
Strong organizational skills
