About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN) Developer with 6-8 years of experience in designing and developing Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OpenText Exstream Cloud Native, Communications Designer, Design Manager, Communication Orchestration, and ContentAuthor/Empower.
- Develop and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN).
- Design templates, layouts, and document workflows using Communications Designer and Design Manager.
- Create customer-facing communications such as statements, bills, notices, policies, and letters.
- Configure communication workflows, flow models, and flow contexts using Communication Orchestration.
- Manage reusable content using Empower/Content Author.
- Implement multi-language support, document personalisation, sorting, and bundling.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CCM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Exstream applications
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN) (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in Communications Design and Design Management.
- Experience with Communication Orchestration, including Flow Models and Flow Contexts.
- Hands-on experience with Content Author/Empower.
- Knowledge of document composition, multi-language support, sorting & bundling, and complex letter generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, or similar domains.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
