Job Profile
1. Responsible for handling plant equipment operation & maintenance for the blending plant and warehouse.
2. Preventive maintenance plan vs. implementation with reporting in MaintWiz, PM compliance with PM abnormality identification.
3. Equipment Breakdown Maintenance Work order attended with RCA/WHY-WHY completion.
4. Focused & Continual Improvement for Low MTBF & HIGH MTTR for Blending plant
Equipment (belt conveyors/bagging stations/DCS/root blowers/vibroscreen/silos/cranes).
5. Support for autonomous maintenance & master machine development in the blending plant (red tag removal/5S/CLIT and improvement support to operators).
6. Downtime Reduction with PM Compliance for all Critical Equipment’s.
7. Min MTTR & MTBF Kaizen – 2 per half yearly, Min Cost saving kaizen – 3 per half yearly,
Min Safety Improvement kaizen—2 per half year, min Poka-yoke—1 per year.
8. Min Energy Reduction or Energy Kaizen – 2 Nos in a year (Unit Saving >10 per month).
9. Synergi (Deviation Management) Identification/Removal: -1 Per Month Min.
10. In-house equipment development support to the project team.
