The marketing executive will support the marketing and business development functions by executing campaigns, managing research activities, assisting sales teams, and contributing to brand-building efforts. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates looking for hands-on exposure to B2B marketing and industrial project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms, campaigns, and events.
Assist in creating marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate brand-building activities and maintain consistency across all channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities across industries.
Work with sales and BD teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
Support tender handling, documentation, and client presentations.
Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and end-users.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and measure their ROI.
Prepare performance reports and share insights with the management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings, and campus events.
Support field teams with client coordination and documentation.
MBA in Marketing (Full-time)—freshers are welcome.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt to a technical environment.
Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred: Internship/project experience in marketing, BD, or market research.
