Marcom Designer

• Create high-quality motion graphics, reels, loops, and short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
• Produce cinematic and modern video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-powered creative workflows.
• Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, concept visualisation, scripting, and creative enhancement.
• Develop engaging and visually compelling marketing collateral, including logo design, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, banners, and other print/digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams during brainstorming, conceptualisation, and campaign execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Adapt design styles and creative approaches based on campaign objectives, audience, and platform requirements.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience backed by a strong portfolio in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, MarCom, including Digital Marketing Design, Brand Design.
• Strong understanding of modern design aesthetics, social media trends, and digital-first content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, AI-driven content creation, social media formats, and visual storytelling.
