JOB PURPOSE:
Maintain effective communication with drivers and vehicle owners to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor vehicle placements, provisional attendance, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
Details of Responsibilities:
- Supervise field operations by maintaining clear communication with drivers, vehicle owners, and the operations team to ensure smooth daily execution.
- Monitor vehicle placements, provisional attendance, kilometer tracking, and resource allocation through the FO app to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate helper scheduling and manage ad-hoc resource needs to avoid service disruptions.
- Build strong relationships with the client’s local team, address escalations promptly, and share regular reports with managers.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of trip-related documents (PODs, invoices) and maintain up-to-date records for all vehicles, drivers, and owners.
- Train drivers and field staff on using tech tools like the Driver App and FO App for better operational accuracy.
- Oversee cash collection, ensure timely deposits, and enforce professional grooming and conduct standards as per company policy
