JOB PURPOSE:
Track fleet in real-time and coordinate with teams for smooth deliveries. Onboard and train new fleet partners to strengthen the supply network. Work with teams to cut costs and improve overall efficiency.
Details of Responsibilities:
- Ensure real-time tracking and updates of fleet availability, movement, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements, optimize fleet allocation, and minimize downtime.
- Expand and diversify the supply network by onboarding new fleet partners, ensuring a scalable and reliable supply chain.
- Conduct regular training for fleet operators on compliance, best practices, and new tech tools to enhance service quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resources, and negotiate better fleet partner pricing.
