Job Description
Position: Integrated Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Location: Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Design (UI/UX)
- Interface Design: Create intuitive, beautiful, and functional UI components for our software.
- User Experience: Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to solve complex navigation challenges.
- Consistency: Maintain and expand our internal design system to ensure brand uniformity across the platform.
2. Marketing & Print Design

Collateral: Design professional, print-ready brochures, flyers, and whitepapers.

Promotional Materials: Create assets for events, trade shows, and physical merchandise.

Visual Storytelling: Translate technical features into digestible infographics and visual aids.
3. Social Media & Content Management
- Content Creation: Design engaging static posts, carousels, and stories tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Platform Management: Handle the scheduling and direct posting of content across all social media channels.
- Engagement: Stay updated on social trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and visually “thumb-stopping.”
Skills & Qualifications:

Software Mastery: Figma (or Adobe XD), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Social Media: Proficiency with Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform scheduling tools

Print Knowledge: Understanding of bleed, margins, CMYK vs. RGB, and file preparation for physical printing

UI/UX Principles: Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design

Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders
