Field Sales Executive (Agriculture Product)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and achieve monthly business targets in the assigned territory

• Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors to expand market reach

• Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness programs

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales performance, and daily field activities

• Work closely with the regional team to ensure timely execution of sales strategies

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural/agri markets

• Basic knowledge of agriculture products is mandatory
