Factory Manager – (Cosmetics)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production, inventory, warehouse, manpower, quality, maintenance, compliance, safety, and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-oriented, and capable of driving operational efficiency while ensuring smooth day-to-day plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Oversee production planning, inventory control, warehouse management, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, discipline, and shift operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
• Control operational costs, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Handle audits, documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in factory/plant operations within a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of production, inventory, warehouse, compliance, and manpower management.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Food, Packaging, Plastics, or Consumer Goods manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, reporting, and team management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
