Job Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative and operational support to the Director. The role involves managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, reports, and special projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and documentation.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Track ongoing projects and provide updates to the Director.
• Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.
• Maintain confidential documents and sensitive business information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Organize events, conferences, and business meetings when required.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Use AI tools and productivity applications to improve efficiency.

Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
