Design Architect (Retail)

• Prepare plan layouts and drawings based on established design standards and project requirements
• Draft production drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit based on prototype files, written instructions, and guidance from project leads
• Assist in the development of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailing
• Coordinate with project leads, internal teams, and external consultants to support project execution
• Verify project information, dimensions, and drawing accuracy
• Communicate progress updates related to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Support the team in maintaining quality and consistency across project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in architectural design and drafting
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working on projects across industries such as retail, restaurant, healthcare, or commercial sectors
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
