JOB PURPOSE:
Maintain and analyze client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights to improve.Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, sales trends, and market research to support decision-making and business growth.
Details of Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain and analyse client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights to improve customer experience and business operations.
- Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, sales trends, and market research to support decision-making and business growth.
- Participate in the bidding process by analysing client requirements, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating pricing strategies, and ensuring favourable contract terms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Support business development by providing timely reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations to Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
