Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to support planning, design, and execution of construction and interior projects. The candidate will assist in site work, coordination, and ensuring quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site & Project Support
Assist in day-to-day site activities and execution
Monitor work progress and report to senior engineers
Ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications
2. Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Help with material planning and site requirements
Maintain proper documentation and reports
3. Project Execution
Manage site work for furniture installation projects
Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors
Ensure work completion within deadlines
4. Quality & Safety
Ensure proper installation standards are followed
Maintain site safety compliance (factory & project sites)
Identify and report any issues or risks at the site
5. Technical Support
Basic use of AutoCAD / drawings understanding
Assist in preparing BOQs, reports, and site data
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Basic knowledge of construction processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site
Good to Have:
Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit
Internship or site experience
