Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Payment Gateway Sales team, focused on the real estate vertical. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in well-known real estate platforms and a deep understanding of industry workflows and digital transaction needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard, and manage real estate clients, including property portals, developers, brokers, and agencies
• Promote and sell our payment gateway solutions tailored to the real estate segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to customize solutions based on client requirements
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Ensure a smooth handover to account management and client success teams
