We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and the development team. The role involves understanding business needs, especially in the healthcare domain, and translating them into functional requirements for software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from clients.

Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation.

Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.

Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and product demonstrations.

Support testing, validation, and UAT processes.

Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest effective solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with client expectations.

Good to have an understanding of healthcare workflows (EMR/EHR, hospital systems, etc.) and translate them into technical specifications and SaaS-based products knowledge
Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience in documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories).

Basic understanding of healthcare systems (preferred).

Proficiency in tools like MS Office, JIRA, or similar tools.
