Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall branch operations, business development, customer relationships, team performance, CASA, deposits, loans, and branch targets. The candidate should have strong experience in banking sales as well as branch operations and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and day-to-day banking activities.
- Drive CASA, deposits, loans, and other banking products.
- Achieve assigned branch business and revenue targets.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the branch team.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and local market development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Ensure proper KYC, AML, compliance, and banking processes are followed.
- Monitor loan sourcing, processing, documentation, and portfolio quality.
- Prepare and review branch MIS and business reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop the local market.
- Coordinate with senior management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a Branch Manager / Branch Head in a bank or financial institution.
- Strong experience in CASA, Loans, Deposits, and banking business development.
- Candidates from Co-operative Banks, Nationalized Banks, Private Banks, or NBFCs can be considered.
- Good knowledge of branch operations, banking products, KYC, and compliance.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented with good communication and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in handling a branch team and achieving branch-level targets.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
