BIM Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and maintain Revit models to support project delivery.
• Create and manage BIM content, including Revit families, templates, and libraries.
• Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure models meet project standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with local and US-based engineering teams and other project disciplines.
• Follow BIM standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in BIM, Revit modelling, or digital production.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM-related software.
• Experience creating and managing Revit families and BIM content.
• Knowledge of Rhino is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
