Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Back Office Executive to support the Managing Director in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks efficiently.
Assist the MD in day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
Manage correspondence, emails, and official documentation.
Maintain schedules, calendars, reminders, and reporting sheets.
Provide support in office administration as well as some personal coordination tasks.
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Secretary preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Should be honest, reliable, and demonstrate job stability.
