Back Office Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Baidyanath Square, Nagpur.


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Back Office Executive   to support the Managing Director in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the MD in day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and coordination.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and deadlines.

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and official documentation.

  • Maintain schedules, calendars, reminders, and reporting sheets.

  • Provide support in office administration as well as some personal coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Secretary preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Should be honest, reliable, and demonstrate job stability.
