Position: Aviation Trainer

Experience: 10 Years of experience as a Cabin Crew, out of which 2-3 years in International Airlines is preferred/domestic full-service Airlines Exp.

Location: Nagpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic aviation trainer to train and groom students aspiring for careers in the aviation and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience as a cabin crew member (preferably international) and a passion for mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aviation industry fundamentals, terms, and abbreviations
• Grooming and professional etiquette
• In-flight service procedures
• Emergency procedures and safety equipment
• Aircraft interiors and exteriors
• First aid training
• In-flight announcements and communication
• Prepare students for interviews and placements

Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high training standards

Coordinate with the Centre Operations Manager and Delivery Head
