Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and oversee operations in designated area to ensure efficiency
- Understanding and communicating the targets and driving Team Performance
- Capable of understanding and driving its team to all the technology updates
- Managing stakeholder’s communication across multiple lines of business on process changes, escalation etc.
- Ensuring all compliances from team members and drivers in his designated area
- Maximising revenue, fulfilment and profitability.
- Report to higher authority on progress and issues
- Owning Specific people programs on training and development and team engagement
- Interact with client Hub PoC to ensure that all escalations are addressed on time
- Sourcing and placement of vehicles and fleet management.
- Requirements Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, google sheets
