• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Preparation of various plans for the project as per UDCPR.
• Preparation of various working drawings as per UDCPR.
• Preparation of various detailed drawings for the project.
• Obtaining senior approval for planning & designing.
• Guiding subcontractors like plumbers and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
• Ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Coordinating with structural engineers, site engineers, and civil engineers.
• To discuss detailed drawings with individuals working on site for the project.
• To prepare a work schedule in advance.
• To prepare a daily to-do list according to the work schedule.
