AI Engineer/Trainer – Education

Key Responsibilities

• Provide theoretical and practical training to students in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Teach Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering.
• Train students on AI tools and platforms such as Claude and Google Gemini.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations.
• Guide students in developing AI-based projects and real-world applications.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and project work.
• Evaluate student performance through practical exercises and assessments.
• Explain complex AI concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Keep updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with RAG and Prompt Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of Claude and Google Gemini.
• Good presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
• Ability to conduct practical training and mentor students on AI projects.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, Generative AI, or AI Training.
• Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical sessions.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
