Technical Assistant – Industrial Projects 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Assistant who will be responsible for managing technical documentation, maintaining project data and specifications, and supporting site/project teams with technical information, reporting, and data retrieval. The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree, good documentation skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation & Data Management

• Maintain and organize technical documents, records, drawings, specifications, and project data.
• Update technical databases, project records, and documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related technical information.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, data sheets, summaries, and project-related documents.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of technical documents.
• Check and maintain the accuracy and completeness of technical data.

Project & Site Coordination:

• Support site/project teams by providing required technical documents and data.
• Assist engineers and project teams with technical information retrieval and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collecting and updating project information.
• Track project-related documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in preparing reports based on project progress and technical data.
• Support the team in day-to-day technical and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Relevant experience in technical documentation, project coordination, engineering support, or a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong documentation and data management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical records and specifications.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates from engineering/project-based industries will be preferred.
