Position: Area Academic Manager

Experience: 4+ years
Education: B.Ed degree

Main Responsibilities:

1. Training Teachers

• Conduct training sessions for teachers on how to use the ClassEdge product.
• Organise refresher and pedagogy-based training programs.
• Train newly appointed Edge Coordinators in schools.

2. Providing Academic Support

• Resolve content or product-related issues raised by teachers.
• Collect feedback from schools and share improvement suggestions with the product team.
• Analyse usage reports and help schools improve adoption of the platform.

3. Managing School Relationships

• Regularly visit assigned schools.
• Build strong relationships with teachers, principals, and school management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.

4. Revenue & Business Growth

• Introduce schools to additional ClassEdge products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Support revenue targets and ensure timely collections from schools.

5. Team & Reporting

• Manage and guide Edge Coordinators working in schools.
• Monitor their performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain reports and update company portals regularly.
