Project Manager – MEP/Electrical

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP/Electrical projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials and procurement.
• Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing services.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, variations and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress, cost, billing, material consumption and productivity.
• Manage RA bills, variation statements, EOT claims and project documentation.
• Ensure quality, HSE compliance, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Handle inspections, statutory approvals, snag rectification and as-built documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong MEP/Building Services knowledge.
• Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing coordination.
• BOQ, estimation, billing and variation management.
• Knowledge of NBC, IS, NFPA and statutory requirements.
• AutoCAD, MS Excel and Primavera/MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication and contractor management skills.
