Position: Department Manager- (Apparel Store)
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Education: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail department/store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues.
- Manage stock, replenishment, deliveries and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
- Monitor billing, tills and cashier operations.
- Control stock shrinkage, discrepancies and losses.
- Train staff on products, customer service and store procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping, grooming, discipline and safety standards.
- Support promotions and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with Operations and other departments.
