Fashion Consultant (Apparel Store)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Fashion Consultant / Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining high visual merchandising and operational standards. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, managing store displays, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain product displays and ensure Visual Merchandising (VM) standards are followed.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure product availability.
• Process billing accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
• Maintain stock organization and participate in inventory and stock audits.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and provides an excellent shopping experience.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
