Project Manager – Civil

• Manage end-to-end civil project execution from planning to handover.
• Handle G+10 and above luxury residential/apartment projects.
• Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Conduct regular quality checks and quality control of construction activities and materials.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify quality issues/defects and ensure timely rectification and closure.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and MEP teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, timelines, and costs.
• Lead site teams and ensure quality, timely execution, and smooth project completion.

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech/ in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in civil construction/project management.
• Strong experience in luxury residential/high-rise projects, preferably G+10 and above.
• Hands-on experience in project execution and quality control/checks.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
