HR Manager

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding,
• engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
• Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and organizational
• guidelines.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs across the
• organization.
• Manage performance management cycles, goal setting, feedback processes, and
• employee development initiatives.
• Administer HR operations, documentation, and statutory compliance activities.
• Manage and optimize HRMS platforms for attendance, leave management, employee
• records, and reporting.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
