Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 1+ Year
Budget: 2.4 LPA – 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the mechanical assembly of EV charger components.
- Help with electrical wiring and cable connections.
- Handle and install PCBs and electrical components carefully.
- Support basic repair, rework, and testing activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Completed an ITI course in Electrician, Mechanical, Fitter, or Electronic Mechanic trade from a recognised board.
- Basic familiarity with common hand tools demonstrated through coursework or prior workshop exposure.
- Awareness of electrical safety fundamentals.
- Ability to follow pictorial and visual work instructions without requiring text-based drawing interpretation.
- Language proficiency – must be able to read and communicate in any two of the following: English, Hindi, Kannada.
- Willingness to work on a production floor, including standing shifts, use of PPE, and adherence to 5S and safety disciplines.
