Senior Project Manager – MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP projects, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and standards.
• Handle project estimation, procurement coordination, billing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, NBC guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and manpower deployment effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP services, and project execution.
• Expertise in project management and site coordination.
• Understanding of BOQ, estimation, tendering, and billing processes.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and project documentation.
• Good understanding of safety standards and quality procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC project execution and management.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, hospital, data center, or infrastructure projects preferred.
