Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project/program planning and execution for technology implementation and upgrades.
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Demonstrate strong financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement with IT teams and vendors.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and quality standards.
- Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Develop and manage technology roadmaps and product goals.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies for execution.
- Act as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to promote Agile best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong Program & Project Management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and PMs simultaneously.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Proven risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to define and execute technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
