Job Overview:
The Team Lead – Scan to BIM is responsible for managing multiple projects, leading modeling teams, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining delivery timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple Scan to BIM projects simultaneously.
- Plan project execution, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and communicate standards and expectations.
- Oversee BIM project setup, workflows, and data management.
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve modeling challenges.
- Monitor team productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Manage clash detection processes and issue resolution tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting records.
- Develop and mentor team members through structured reviews and training.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam
- Knowledge of Scan to BIM & point cloud workflows
- Experience in clash detection & BIM tools (ACC/BIM 360)
- Basic knowledge of automation plugins & MS Project
- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good understanding of BIM workflows & standards
- 6+ years of experience in BIM / Scan to BIM with a team handling
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Preferred (Good to have):
- Experience in multi-disciplinary BIM projects
- Exposure to international BIM standards
