Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Support project planning, budgeting, and execution
Required Skills:
- Basic to strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods
- Strong visualization and creativity skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Freshers with strong academic backgrounds can apply
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of 3D rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, etc.)
- Basic understanding of project management
- Internship experience in architectural firms
