Experience Required: 10+ Years Total | Minimum 5 Years as Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced technical project manager with a strong technical and development background to lead end-to-end technology projects. The candidate should be capable of managing teams, timelines, and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects from initiation to delivery
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and technical best practices
• Oversee system development, integrations, and deployment activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Must have past hands-on development experience in any technology
• (such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Python,  etc.)

Strong understanding of:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• System architecture and application design
• APIs and system integrations
• Databases and cloud environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to understand technical challenges and guide engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / Scrum Master / Prince2 certification
• Experience working on enterprise-level applications
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
